Dore ibyo abahanga bavumbuye ku ndimu

Mu gihe abantu batari bake usanga bavuga ko indium ari urubuto rushobora kubagiraho ingaruka kubera ko ngo indimu itera udusebe ku gifu, abahanga batandukanye bavuga ko ibyo atari byo, ko ahubwo ari urubuto rufitiye umubiri akamaro kuku rukungahaye kuri vitamin C.

Gusa, amakuru dukesha imbuga zitandukanye zandika ku buzima, avuga ko ari byiza  nibura  mu masaha abiri ,mbere yo gufata andi mafunguro.

Dore ibintu bitandukanye indimu ishobora gukora:

1.Indimu ishobora gukoreshwa nk’umuti uvura inkorora

2. Abantu benshi bifashisha indium mu binyobwa bitandukanye, kuko ifite ubushobozi bwo kubyongerera uburyohe, no kugabanya ubukana byabyo. Ibyo binyobwa ani ibi : mu mitobe, fanta, amazi no mu nzoga zikaze

3.Indimu ikoreshwa mu koza ibirahure banywesha ndetse n’iby’inzugi n’amadirishya.

4.Ifasha mu kugira uruhu rwiza kandi iakanarinda umwanda wakwibasira uruhu mu gihe ishyizwe mu mazi yo gukaraba.

5. Kuyinywa mu bindi binyobwa bifasha mu kwirinda indwara zifata impyiko kuko ifasha mu iyungururwa ry’imyanda yo mu miyoboro iva mu ruhago.

6.Ifasha mu kugombora ubumara bwatewe no kurumwa n’inzoka, cyangwa izindi nyamaswa.

7.Kubafite ikibazo cy’umubyibuho ukabije, indumu ni igisubizo kuko ibafasha mu kugabanya ibinure.

8.Yifashishwa ku biribwa nko ku mafi, inyama z’anzi moko atandukanye n’ahandi.
